So I too got branded a liar. It was news to me.
Sadly it should have been news to the polygraph specialist as well. Here is why, I took the questions 4 times, 3 times while being monitered by the polygraph. I failed one question twice, and failed one question once. These two failed sesions were recorded as a -7 and a
-13. Here is the clincher: one of the quesions that I did not fail at all was, ready for this? "Will you be honest when answering the questions on this test?"
How in the world can someone say that I passed that question and then say that I lied anyway to the others? No matter how you slice this one, the test is clearly wrong. No surprise there I guess. It's just sad that the guy who administered this test is hell bent on believing it is highly accurate, even when it does produce seemingly unanswerable paradoxes. I would like feed back if there is something that can explain this though. Just keep in mind that I did not lie in the exam, that point is accurate, bar-none.
I, as well, had less physilogical responses to the same question as to whether or not I planned to lie during the exam. Don't sweat it. Both the polygraph & polygraphers are full of shit. :)
