Does anyone know which PDs in Massachusetts polygraph?

None. Employment-related lie detector "testing" is prohibited in Massachusetts (as it should be in other states).

Thanks,  I read somewhere that the Boston PD uses CVSA.  I guess that falls under a different category regarding the prohibition of lie detector testing in Massachusetts?

The so-called National Institute for Truth Verification (http://www.nitv1.com), which manufactures and markets CVSA, lists the Boston P.D. as one if its clients (http://www.nitv1.com/clients.php). However, since Massachusetts law expressly prohibits employment-related lie detector testing of any kind (http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/149-19b.htm), the device is presumably used for interrogating criminal suspects and not for applicant screening.

Thank you for the information.  Very good news to hear.

While a PD here can not administer a polygraph for employment screening, can a Massachusetts Police Department use results from a polygraph administered in another state for employment screening?  My situation is that I am now going through a BG for a local PD and was asked about other departments I had applied with.  I previously applied with 3 other departments that administered a Polygraph which I either did not pass or conclusive results were not obtained.
