Title: Correspondence Address

I saw on your recent FOIA request to DoDPI, there is the address: Hart Nibbrigkade 22, 2597 XV Den Haag, Netherlands.  I believe I have seen the same address or a similar one on previous correspondence that has been postedd. Can you please explain this? Thanks in advance.

AntiPolygraph.org has no offices. The address in the Netherlands is my personal address; I'm an American working overseas.
