The article you linked to, "Interviewing With an Intelligence Agency or, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Fort Meade," written by the pseudonymous "Ralph J. Perro," will indeed be of interest to anyone seeking employment with any US intelligence agency (not just the NSA).

Perro gives a highly informative and entertaining overview of the NSA's hiring process, including his experience with that agency's polygraphers.

For previous discussion of Perro's article, see the message board thread, Interviewing With an Intelligence Agency (https://antipolygraph.org/forum/index.php?topic=1486.msg11656#msg11656).
