Title: National Agency Check

I appplied to NSA (DOD) about 15 yrs ago, took one poly and then was called back for a second. During the second poly, I made admissions; i know dumb move but I was young. My question is, will the fact that I applied to NSA show up when a National Agency Check (NAC) is run?
