Would anyone know what exactly is the FBI searching for? I am scheduled to take the Phase 1 test. I know a highly qualified engineer whith excellent math and analytical skills who failed Phase 1 and then on the other hand I know a child counselor who has never held a gun in his entire life - pass Phase 1 & he is schedule to take Phase 2.
My question is for anyone experienced who is willing to tell me what type of personality type is most desirable to the FBI and what they may be searching for as far as Phase 1 - 3 is concerned.
