Has anyone attempted to get information regarding their failed poly with the FBI using a Freedom of Informatin Act request?

Yes. I did. I requested all records related to my application for FBI employment under the Privacy Act, and received my (heavily redacted) FBI HQ file several months later. Interestingly, however, the file did not include my polygraph chart(s), which the chief of the FBI Freedom of Information-Privacy Acts Section stated he was "unable to locate." He promised that his office was making "every effort" to locate my polygraph chart, and that [w]hen it is located, it will be processed and released" to me. I've been waiting nearly three years...
