Title: Polygrapher's report inaccurate
Post by: zz99 on Feb 12, 2004, 05:38 AM
Has anyone experienced the following:  You take a polygraph then months or years later, you find out that the polygrapher did not report your statements but in fact changed the wording of your exact statements which resulted in a completely different context?

Anger or mistreatment from the polygrapher?

Yes, this has happened to others. For examples, see the subchapter on "Inflation/Fabrication of Admissions" beginning at p. 71 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector (http://antipolygraph.org/pubs.shtml) (3rd ed.) as well as the following subchapter on the case of David A. Tenenbaum.
