No. Irrelevant questions are not scored, and polygraphers don't expect to see strong reactions to them. If they do, they may suspect countermeasures.

just one last clarification/ use cm on "all" control Q's be it probable lie or direct or hypoth,concealed??

Yes, one wants to produce a reaction to as many "control" questions as one clearly recognizes as such.
