Title: BACKROUND CHECK DISQUALIFICATION?
Post by: John Muller on Dec 16, 2003, 01:28 AM
I hope that you gentlemen can answer my question.  I am applying for US Deputy Marshals position. Aprroximately 5 years ago, I've been arrested for Harassment (violation) and later the case was dismissed and sealed.  I also have a improper lane change violation from two years ago.   Ever since then, I've been a good student, I'm currently a military police, and a good citizen.  My question is would this factor disqualify me during the backround check?  Any advise would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hello John, I was wondering if you ever found out anything to what happened? Did you get a job with the USMS? Did you apply? If so how far did you go?
