Title: FBI Medical Exam
Post by: Question on Nov 03, 2003, 10:47 PM
I am scheduled for the phase II FBI Exam on December 15, 2003.  Assuming (very big assumption)  I pass phase II, how long before the medical exam?  1 month? 2 month?

After passing phase II, it will depend on the FBI's needs and funding on how fast you would be processed.  As it is, the system is quite bogged down.  You would still have to pass the polygraph first, do your "run test", go through a complete physical, and then background (some of these will go on at the same time).   Any "failures" in the process and your application stops.   The FBI says that from start to finish, one year is the average time to complete all of this but I know of people (including myself) who have taken almost two years to process.

Please be aware that the results of your polygraph will become official record and all background checks using FBI information will have access to your results.

Regards.
