ENQUIRER WORLD EXCLUSIVE

Will Ben Affleck take The ENQUIRER lie detector challenge?

The National ENQUIRER stunned the entertainment world this week by publishing a world exclusive blockbuster article revealing that Ben Affleck cheated on his fiancee, Jennifer Lopez.

The ENQUIRER story -- on sale now -- describes how, during a wild night cavorting with strippers in Vancouver, Canada, Affleck performed oral sex on at least two nude dancers.

The ENQUIRER's sources for this shocking story were given lie-detector tests by a top independent polygrapher -- and the sources passed the test!

However, Affleck's representatives have denied the ENQUIRER's story.

Now, the ENQUIRER is challenging Ben to do what we required of our sources for this article: Take a lie-detector test. The Enquirer will even pay all expenses associated with the test, to be conducted with a mutually agreed upon independent examiner!

Read all the details about Ben's wild night in this week's Enquirer, on sale now!

Does anyone know who the "top independent expert" is who vetted the Enquirer's sources? In any event, the Enquirer would do well to use more reliable means than polygraphy to verify its stories.

In an article titled, "Enquirer challenges Affleck to lie detector," Chicago Sun-Times columnist Bill Zwecker reports that one of the dancers allegedly involved has denied the Enquirer's allegations:

QuoteBut there is good news for the actor. The exotic dancer in question--known by her stage name, ''Felicia''--may prove to be an important witness, if Affleck sues and the case ever gets to court. The stripper firmly denies that there was any physical contact with the Oscar winner, telling the New York Post, ''We did a little show, and that was it. Put it this way. Brandi, the owner of the club, was watching the whole thing on a monitor. The absolute rule is no contact. That's her liquor license on the line.''
