Maybe we should be asking a few more questions. You're telling me he was convicted for shooting a squirt gun and the charges involved lewd behavior! He's obviously skipping over some relevant points in his story. Like, what was in the squirt guns? Good thing we've got the polygraph to blame on this poor souls woes.

Never make decisions in anger. They are too often regretted. Passion is operative when making love, but can be used to destroy you making war.
Not much I can really add to George's, XXX's and "Fair Chance's" advice. Unlike me, they have walked in those shoes - though not to the degree you have.
Good luck, and let wisdom and forgiveness be your guides.

You are correct, polygraph testing is flawed. However, that being said, I urge you to exercise caution with regard to such a threatening post. Any such statement could easily be taken completely out of context.
Be advised, your "IP address" is recorded every time you log on to this [or any other] website. With a court ordered subpoena, the website administrator "George/Gino" could be ordered by a court to turnover the website "IP" log to a number of various Federal/State/Local LE agencies that may express interest in your threats.
In case you are not aware, "most" polygraph examiners are Federal/State/County Law Enforcement Employee's as well as LE Investigators.
I wouldn't be threatening any of them with violence as you have demonstrated here.
Just a word of caution, take it for what it's worth...
