B-Pad is a tool to see how you react to things.  I am not sure what they are looking for.  I had to take a BPAD test and after that I had to take an oral board.  I was denied employment.    I don't know from what, but just react normally to the situation and they will explain what they want you to do.

I'm not clear on exactly what it is that you are asking for here. Perhaps I'm missing additional information you posted elsewhere on the board.

That being said; if it's help with polygraph testing that you seek, I strongly suggest that you download and read chapters 3 and 4 of the "TLBTLD" [free of charge] available on this website.
