I just found out that I failed a polygraph. How long was it before you got info from the examing agency?

I was recently allowed to review my files that contained my oral review board comments, background check comments, polygraph report that was written for the oral review board and etc... I was allowed to make copies of everything EXCEPT the polygraph report. I was wondering why that was and if that is standard. ???
