Due to the results of a Public Records Request that I filed and was recently provided with, the "investigation" into my polygraph experience was even worse than I previously thought.
As you can see in the first image I've attached, Creepy Caputo's business partner Chip Morgan reaches out to him having already decided that my complaint was without merit.
Creepy Caputo responds to Morgan's email by stating "Not that it matters, but the complainant was only asked about watching
pornography as it pertained to while at work or in regards to children." And then, without ever bothering to verify or corroborate this, Morgan includes the line "The entire polygraph interview by Mr. Caputo was recorded and the actual questions asked dealt with viewing pornography while you were at work and in regards to child pornography." Morgan makes his judgement using nothing but the word of Creepy Caputo, his business partner!
This grievance was used to justify the Internal Affairs complaint that I filed, meaning Creepy Caputo was absolved of any and all wrongdoing without anybody having ever watched the recording of my polygraph exam.
As I've previously stated, this says a lot about why this abuse continues, there's no oversight!

Asking you multiple times if you've ever fondled a girl while she's sleeping? Completely valid.
Telling you that you're "talking with your gut?" No problem.
Screaming in your ear to "STOP TRYING TO THROW OFF THE MACHINE!?" Perfectly acceptable.
Throwing a temper tantrum and storming out of the room? Absolutely professional.
Sarcastically saying "don't forget your coffee, sorry that it cooled?" The highest ethical conduct!
Telling you that "combative is a physical term?" Correct.
Responding to a complaint by saying "well the guy's done a thousand of these tests?" Awesome!
Why? Because the pervert's business partner said so, that's why!

Well, just because he's his business partner doesn't mean he's biased. Chip Morgan's of absolutely impeccable moral integrity right? Wrong. He actively employs a former sheriff who was de-certified by POST and resigned via email.
Well, at least he's always been a consummate professional right?! Take a look at his Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, and then tell me how you feel about this idiot determining what's professional and what's not.
Well, he might be a corrupt and unprofessional buffoon, but his credentials speak for themselves, right?! Chip Morgan has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, which he didn't receive until 2017. He has no advanced degree of any kind, and absolutely nothing that would confer him the title "expert."
If you want to know why the horror stories we keep hearing about continue to happen, here's why. If you bother to file a complaint, the receiving agency will send it over to someone whose just as much of a loser, thug, and charlatan as the person who conducted your exam.

CONTEXT: I underwent a polygraph examination with the Arizona Department of Public Safety, which I've written extensively about here and here. When I filed a complaint against Creepy Caputo, the sadistic pervert who conducted my exam, and his supervisor, Jason Gibbs, they told me that they conducted an inquiry into the events surrounding my polygraph, which revealed no misconduct. When I filed a public records request for the internal affairs report, I discovered that this "inquiry" consisted of them sending the recording of my polygraph over to the American Polygraph Association's Ethics and Grievance Committee, which is headed by the aforementioned Chip Morgan, who maintains a business (and personal) relationship with the individual who conducted my exam. Unsurprisingly, Chip Morgan found that his business partner did absolutely nothing wrong, and that all his actions were completely valid. I've attached a copy of the Internal Affairs report below.
