Note the recent Chapter 7 BK information for NITV LLC a/k/a NITV Federal Services LLC.  Case filed on 08/31/2021. Last activity was on 01/20/2023.  Other creditor issues are still pending so case is still open. 

It is not strange for a company to still operate when one or more of it related companies are in bankruptcy.  The only problem is will the company go under at some point with the customers with no options.
