I should have phrased that in my question. I signed the release of the privacy act already, I passed my polygraph with the LMPD but they said as a pre caution they will request my polygraph from CBP and I signed the paper. what will CBP release to them?

Your entire CBP applicant file could potentially be shared with other federal agencies with which you might seek employment in the future. However, under the Privacy Act, details of your application, including your polygraph results and admissions made, cannot be shared with state and local law enforcement agencies.

Was trying to find these questions on here but no luck, basically I wanted to know what departments share regarding the poly. Will local agencies be able to see my admissions or just my questions and answers to the questions to the polygraph? what do they see just a report the examiner wrote up?

I wish I never applied to CBP and ruined my perfect history
