Quote"Have you ever lied to your PO"...especially since I never had
In my humble opinion this is a comparison question. Of course you lied to him; if he asked you how you are doing and you said "okay", that's a lie. It's too open ended. Also, from my experience, the seat activity sensor can detect a pucker without a  problem. Erratic breathing would normally be a clear sign of purposeful non-cooperation. If you passed the "test", then more power to you so long as you are doing your best to be a good citizen.

The questions were pretty much as outlined in the sticky for this sub forum.
I actually used the pucker method and it worked incredibly well. I had a mat and everything under my ass.
I was really flying on faith when they asked me questions like "Have you ever lied to your PO"...especially since I never had..I thought that was completely counter intuitive to answer no and then make physiological signs that I had.
The fact is I hadn't done anything wrong, but I was so worried about a false positive that I think the counter measures outweighed my intense anxiety.  My heart was POUNDING during all of the questions. But the use of sphincter muscle and erratic breathing during the control questions most likely saved me. I'm sure they were off the chart.
I would give you more details, but I fear there are polygraphers on this site that might be able to widdle down who I am based on the day I took it and the specific questions asked.
Just trust that the control questions are what they are and behave accordingly.
