Nonetheless, any polygraph subject who is identified as having visited this site, let alone having posted here, runs a serious risk of being arbitrarily accused of having used polygraph countermeasures.

Yes, the thugs and charlatans in the government polygraph industry are paranoid that everyone is using "countermeasures" to beat the test. I believe Proverbs speaks to this by saying something like: "The wicked run when no one is chasing them".

You posted information that would allow you to easily be identified by the CBP Credibility Assessment Division (polygraph unit). Your post has been modified to protect your privacy, but as mentioned above, it may well be too late.

Yes, this is a very serious situation we have here. The federal officers with the CBP CREDIBILITY ASSESSMENT DIVISION are greatly concerned about the national security aspect of someone learning how to relax when they answer a relevant question, and think some scary thoughts when they answer a control question. Stop and think about that. Isn't that about the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard?

Yes, it really is that easy to beat a polygraph test and the government knows very well that it is. In fact this very same group of thugs and charlatans from the CBP are the ones behind this chickenshit OPERATION LIE BUSTERS which basically proved the polygraph is a joke. Hell, if I can teach someone how to beat it, doesn't that prove it's worthless? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=N3fHkCFxgQQ&feature=youtu.be

My advice is that you cancel your polygraph and withdraw your application. Only about 30% of CBP applicants pass the polygraph, and a polygraph failure with CBP would adversely affect your prospects for employment with other federal agencies.

Making matters worse, you for some reason posted the date and location of your polygraph. You also used what appears to be your real e-mail address and your real first name and last initial. Federal polygraph operators monitor this message board, and the information you posted would have made it trivially easy for them to identify you.

Unfortunately, by the time I saw your post here, it had been viewed some 101 times (an unusually high number given the short time--less than half an hour--since your message had been posted). Although it may be shutting the barn door after the horse has bolted, your post has been edited to remove all identifying information.

Nonetheless, your only rational choice at this point is to cancel your polygraph and withdraw your application.

Now to answer your question, the questions asked during the CBP pre-employment polygraph are listed here:
