dutchlucky7,

My advice is to consult with your attorney and ask for his/her recommendation. There are too many potential pitfalls and nobody here as has the expertise to properly evaluate your case.

First, I would like to thank everyone for reading this post, I hope I have put it in the right spot.
Here's the story, unfortunately, I was accused of a sex abuse, however, though out time other things were found during the investigation into my favor causing the PA to keep dropping the charges down. I know they are looking for sometime of win. Two years later, I have been offered a plea to misdemeanor, however, with one condition, I must be evaluated by DOC SOTP. I don't have a problem with that, however, after reviewing the topics on the poly, I am now concerned. I have read both manuals TTBTLD and How to Sting.I am still concerned about the questions that would be asked. Has anyone been evaluated by SOTP? If so, where they known-lie control questions, or just control and relevant? And what type of questions were asked (questions in regards to the false story or questions off the psychosexual evaluation). Did the mental CM work or did you just apply the physical. I can scare myself, which I get chills. Just not looking to go to trial, there aren't no seatbelt in a court room! Thanks in advance
