So I had my first polygraph today and the examiner was very nice. I was obviously very nervous so my heart was pounding the whole time. He basically just asked two sets of 5-10 questions, and the first set he said we had to repeat because I "spiked". The second time through that set of questions my heart rate blew up I was super nervous, thinking it was going to spike again. After that second set though he said "much better". The last set of questions he told me to finish strong. I thought I did good on them but before I left he asked me if I had done any other activities today besides the polygraph. I told him I had an interview with the chief of police this morning. I don't know if that was a bad sign or if my signal was weak, but after that I thanked him and that was about it. Does this sound bad or like a normal experience???
