You can also check with any of the police departments in your area that have a DRE ( Drug Recognition Expert) program.  In my state, and I believe most states, a "whipit" will fall under the Inhalant catagory, and it is illegal.

No matter the substance, if it is used to produce "mind altering results", then the substance becomes a drug by definition.

Perhaps California law, certainly Federal law. Look at the side of any aerosol can. You will read words to the effect, "It is a violation of federal law to use this can or its contents in a manner other than those described in the directions on the label..."

I guess I should rephrase my question.
Does any now if the chemicals in the air duster or the whipcream can, are illegal to inhail under California law.

If not I can truethfully say I have never done any illegal drugs and not worry about the CVSA.

The last time I did a "whip-it" was two years ago. When comes to the air duster, it was once and aslo a couple years ago.
On a side note; I would like to say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would rather go through tear gas training again. :)

I would think so... If I were you, I would think carefully about exactly how many times I did it. Any admission of drug use will be followed up with a question of how many times, when, how, first time and last time.

But, drug experimentation is expected with most PDs.

Just don't go into your interview with spray paint around your mouth and nose. :)
