1qaz1qaz, what's the upcoming polygraph for? What's your situation?

I'm not aware of any evidence to support the notion that taking a beta blocker (or any medication) will guarantee an inconclusive result on a polygraph examination.

With respect to how bad a thing it is to have an inconclusive outcome, it really depends on the context. For example, if you're applying for federal employment, an inconclusive result is almost as bad as failing. Similarly, if you are suspected of a crime (in which case I would strongly advise against agreeing to any polygraph interrogation), an inconclusive outcome is unlikely to be regarded as exculpatory.

I have a polygraph coming up and I feel I could pass the poly but do not want to leave it to chance.  I have been researching and I understand CM and of course will try to use them to the best of my ability.  In regards to an inconclusive result is that a bad thing? To me it is not an admission to any guilt and should be considered as a what it means that the polygraph machine could not detect deception.  In my case I feel an inconclusive result would be ok and all parties would have to accept the result.

I have come into beta blocker propanol 40mg and feel it my flat line me and guarantee an inconclusive.  Please tell me if I am missing something.

I do not have to worry about drug test
