Quote from: spur21 on Jan 22, 2014, 02:35 AMRecently found this site after almost 4 years of wondering why I failed my polygraph.
My issue began in the summer 2010, I was waiting for a job offer from the U.S Border Patrol, instead I got a call for a polygraph. Honestly, I was not too nervous because I had disclosed everything in my background packet, including the usage of marijuana (4 times) eight years prior. Well this turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life.
I met Henry Mungle at a Border Patrol station, honestly, the man did not really impress me as a so called "special agent". He was fat and did not appear to be very sharp or intelligent. He tried so hard to show his colors by purposely showing his little gun strapped to his ankle. He also flashed his little badge around and gave me his experience with the CIA. I have talked to a lot of real federal agents and this guy did not strike me as one of those guys. Regardless, he started off by by being friendly and talking about my likes. He quickly turned psycho and got in my face about admitting to previous minor infractions, such as lying to someone and petty theft while in high school.
After the polygraph, he accused me of attempting to cheat the dam machine when I thought only spies could do this. I pleaded with him and asked him to hook me back up and ask me if I was attempting to cheat, he refused. After about 20min of going back and forth and refusing to admit to something I did not do, he walked me outside and told me I am finished.
This lard ass cost me my dream job. I am doing fine though and have a great job. I really hope no one falls victim to this guy the way I did. How is it someone like Henry Mungle is involved as an Agent for the FEDS, wow!
