Quickfix is 100% correct.  Don't respond with any information to IC, he is not a recruiter for any government agency.  I would contact the agency you would like to work for and ask the recruiter for an opinion on schools and course of study to meet their qualifications and standards.  Best of Luck to you

Declan:  hopefully you have not given this information out to this "IC Recruiter";  real recruiters do not come on anonymous websites offering positions and asking for personal data, especially SSNs.  This is a an attempt to steal your identity!  Don't fall for it!

Background
Non-military, mid-40's looking to change careers from filmmaking/graphic arts/animator/on-screen communications specialist - to - Intelligence community.

Education - AA degree from State School - Honors

Requesting advice on the following:
1. Education, schools, programs, etc
2. Mentors
3. Internships
4. Realistic expectations

Currently considering AMU or Henley-Putnam.
