Thanks George, I removed my posting. My advice was based upon an attorney's advice from my State. You are correct in that every jurisdiction is different.

I must disagree with Stefano. No one on this message board is in any position to provide an authoritative answer to Lori's question, because laws and procedures vary from state to state. For convicted sex offenders in court-ordered therapy programs, in some jurisdictions, a failed polygraph may result in expulsion from therapy and ultimately, a return to prison.

Lori, you should consult a local attorney with a background in criminal law regarding your legal rights and obligations at this point. If you don't already have have an attorney, Martindale's database may be helpful for finding one near you:

I told the truth I know i did but It says i failed the test i cant beleive it. Is my probation officer going to take me to jail, i did breakai probation violation told the truth but the dectector is saying im lieing on two things will my probation officer send me to jail and if she does how long will i have to do for first probation violation please let me know
