Hey everyone

just like every one here i am very worried about polygraph,
I will be applying for my Local Police department soon, although i dont have anything that i want to hide i want to make sure i dont get a false positive.

So what steps should i take and do what during polygraph, can somone give me some pointers and etc??? plz help

Also lately what ever i hear about i try to relate to myself i dont know why i am doing this but i need some advice on how to get over stuff like that
