To the best of my knowledge, ICE still has no pre-employment polygraph requirement.

Can anyone tell me if Immigration and Customs Enforcement currently utilizes a polygraph?  I heard that Customs and Border Protection began to do so after not doing so in the past and was wondering if ICE was following suite.
