http://www.grassfire.net/r.asp?U=18114&RID=18917156 Then click on "DHS Report".

I hope this can be opened because it is a 9 page report on Department of Homeland Security's assessment of conservatives in this country. It calls us Rightwing Terrorists. Keep in mind it was written by Leftwing Terrorists in Washington, D. C. Next up will be the UN's: Law of the Sea Treaty which will give the UN complete of us if passed.

Note that the report does not indentify one single person or organization. It paints all who do not agree with the Globalist agenda in D.C. It makes only one reference to Waco, Oklahoma City and Ruby Ridge - nothing current. Conseratives should let their voices be heard when their national and state legislators are up for reelection.

Further to my latest post go to yahoo or google and type in "UN's: Law of the Sea Treaty" and get the history and activity on this Treaty then send this search info to your email lists. Ask them to contact their senator whether they be Democrat or Republican. The media will never ask the potential presidentual candicates their views on this treaty and they successfully muzzle Ron Paul when he tries to address it.

This is scary.

Today I heard from my Senator and he confirmed that this Treaty is real and DOES pose an eminent threat to our nation's sovereignty if passed. This bill has not yet come up for senate vote because of pressing economic issues. Therefore, there is still a little time to call or write your Senator. As stated, the House has already passed it.

I haven't gotten the actual bill yet, but it will be too large a file to post here.

Check the voting record of your Congresspeople. The ones who voted for this Treaty should be removed from office. Campaign against them when they come up for re-election.

I have requested a copy of this treaty from my Senator. There are supposedly 24 new declarations and findings in this new treaty which guts the original treaty that nomegusto listed. "IF" and when I get it, with George's permission, I will post the changes. "IF" I don't get it, I will campaign to remove him from his present job.

For some reason the link is not responding. Send me a PM with the detailed information concerning the treaty. Like anyother treaty there's gonna be pro-con about it. Maritime Law is one of the hardest enforcement options.

Thanks for the reply.

The questions I would ask are asked on the website http://www.newswithviews.comKincaid/cliff174.htm . Keep in mind that I am NOT pushing this website, but the first question he asks is "If this treaty is so good why are they attaching 24 declarations and findings"? Keep in mind, also, that I am trying to verify truthfulness of this treaty before taking any action. Kincaid and others link this treaty to the Globalist movement and it is pushed by the Bush Administration. As a conservative Republican, I voted for this man. However, if the articals written by Kincaid and others are truthful, then I feel cheated.

Looking forward to your response.

Quite simple. Kind of like Right of approach, and Right of Visit.
ROA- Right of any warship/or Govt owned vessel to approach (visually, or electronically) ID by Voice, or Radio Communications to verify such vessel's Flag state (nationality), name, number, capt, personnel on board, last port of call, next port of call, cargo, and purpose of such trip.
ROV- Right of any warship, or govt marked vessel to conduct a boarding in international waters of vessel which is from same state as such ship, or make sure such vessel is not conducting piracy, illegal slave trade, illicit radio broadcasts, marpol acts. The US also prohibits the Navy to conduct ROV boardings on the US Flagged vessels, or vessels subject to the juridiction of the US. That is the job of the US Coast Guard.
There are also other International Laws that take place.
Innocent Passage, Transient Passage, Force Majuere. If you have any specific questions. I can answer for you.

I was wondering if anyone has knowledge of this Treaty. A guy by the name of Cliff Kincaid has a number of articles on it. Apparently it is real and is a real threat to this Nations sovereignty. Supposedly this is coming up for a vote this month by the full senate and has already been passed by the Foreign Relations Committee. Also, supposedly, Reagan shot it down when he was president. I am still researching and if I find without a doubt this is real, every senator in D. C. will get an e-mail from me.
