Do you employ counter measures on
Sacrifice Relevant "do you intend to tell the truth..."
or
Symptomatic "are you convinced I won't ask you a question" questions??

Also,
Let's say I did a petty theft but do not want to disclose it

"Have you ever committed a theft? (Controlled, employ CM)
Yes

"Other then what you disclosed to me, are there any other times you stole?"
(is that a relevant questions? (no CM used))

Also,
"do you feel you could be blackmailed for events in your past?"
Controlled or Relevant ?

I appreciate your help. I have read the book a few times and just needed some clarification on those issues. I also heard from other applicants that in a 175+ question applicant book, they will only ask a handful of questions.  Any idea on how they choose the ones ?

Thanks
