Hi,

I wrote a post a few weeks ago about a polygraph I failed...I officially got the letter today telling me I was no longer being considered.  I'm going to at least write a letter to clear my name for the record (not that they give a rat's a$$, but at least I know I did something to defend myself.  I've gotten mixed results when I look to see if a failure at one department results in automatic disqualification at other departments you apply to.  I saw one post that discussed whether or not depts really look for past apps at other depts, but not so much whether or not admitting to failing a polygraph at one police department screws you over for good at all departments.
