I think you really ought to consult with a lawyer regarding your legal options at this point. Not knowing your state's laws and procedures, or the terms of your probation, I don't think anyone here is in a position to advise you how best to proceed.

but mr doctor has excused me from the test to to medical reasons i have epilepsy and the doctor signed the polygraphers note saying i was unfit to take it and that he wanted me no where near his office because its to big of a liabilty if i have a seizure...
but my probation is saying she wants me to take it and wants anothers doctors opinion...
what can i do about this because the polygrapher does not want me there and my therapy has said it should be taken off my probation
Help!!!! can she make me take it

It seems from the outset that the p/g examiner is an idiot. If you are indeed an epileptic, you will be
on prescribed meds - and all classes of epilepsy meds render the user to be an UNSUITABLE POLYGRAPH SUBJECT. Consult a psychiatrist and het him to write a letter to the court and your probation
officer.

Ask the polygraph examiner to produce a letter from the APA stating that epilepsy patients taking
xyz meds may be tested. That will be interesting.

If you are eplieptic - you are unsuitable.
If you take epilepsy meds - you are doubly unsuitable.

What a shambles. Not even Paledrivel would test you.
