I applied for a few agencies and got dqed after the polygraph.  I put myself through an academy and am now applying for some smaller departments.  On the applications i have to sign a waiver for the release of info and list other agencies that i've applied to.  Will these departments i'm applying for now have access to all the information from those examinations if i sign that waiver?
