This in turn is causing me to be away from my family because one of the conditions of my probation is for us to complete a chaperone program before I am allowed around my children.  The therapist will not approve us of completing the chaperone program because I am "hiding" something.

in order to be in compliance with your treatment you need to disclose all of your sexual history, including that with the 17 year old minor. yes, it's fucked up how they probe your brain and privacy is a myth, but you jump through the hoops, they give you more leash.
