You'll find the information that you're looking for on the FBI's website under the Privacy Act. Download a Privacy Act request form, fill it out and fax it to the number listed at the bottom of the form. There should be no charge to receive your background files.

Does anyone have the address to send a request for your background files from the FBI? I understand there is an $18.00 Charge?
