If you want to become a police officer I would say yes.  In my personal experience I also "failed" a polygraph.  Once I rebounded from the initial shock and learned more about polygraphy I decided that I would not let it deter me from submitting applications to other agencies.  I have active applications with two agencies, both of which polygraph applicants.  I have completed the polygraph for one of the two and subsequent testing as well.  Don't give up if it is something you truly want for yourself.

I was wondering if I should take another polygraph test for another police agency after having failed another police agencies test. The other police agency made me take it twice one was inconclusive and the other one I was accused of lying on my application and of using drugs even though I did not lie on my application or ever done drugs. So I was wondering if that would affect my outcome with the other police, agencies polygraph test.
