I am not aware of any proven method for changing one's voice so as to influence the outcome of a CVSA "test" (which has no scientific basis to begin with -- even the manufacturer has admitted in court that the device is not capable of lie detection). Nonetheless, the behavioral countermeasures presented in Chapter 4 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector may help one to "pass" this pseudoscientific ordeal.

Hello  every one, I'm goin to take the CVSA test on the 9th of this month and  I'm not sure on how to beat this test,I hear that it is not like the polygraph - that is just a microphone that cant tell if there's any change in your  voice? can any one give me some good advice on how to beat this test? I don't want to loose this opportunity
that I have to become a police officer just because
I wasen't prepared for it . Any info will help me alot..
