My suggestion on taking the MMPI is to just be honest. This test picks up on "faking" so don't just give answers that you think they want to hear. If you still don't feel comfortable, do a "google" search on "MMPI"(2) and you will find some studies and information on how the test is interpreted.

Hello All,

I would like to thank everyone's help/information on this site which allowed me to pass the polygraph.  I am one step closer to my law enforcement career.  ;D   Although I had no reason to lie, this site gave me the confidence I needed to pass the polygraph without a problem.  If I have learned anything from this experience is that knowledge is power.

I have been told that I will take Psychological tests -MPI2 and CPI.  I have read several websites with a lot of detailed score ranges but haven't found a site that really gets in to what they ask you.   If anyone knows of a website that breaks down the type of questions you are asked and what they are looking for I would truly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance!

Regards,
