A Google search turned up the on-line resume of a chief warrant officer in the Army National Guard who worked in his civilian capacity for Lockheed Martin at Guantanamo from December 2002 to April 2004. Under this section of the resume, the last item details his training as a CVSA operator:

A recent television news report mentions that the Special Forces are using Computerized Voice Analyzers (CVSA) to interrogate suspected terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yet the device's manufacturer admits that CVSA is not capable of lie detection. See:

A 115-page report by former Guantanamo detainees Shafiq Rasul, Asif Iqbal and Rhuhel Ahmed documenting torture and other abuses by U.S. forces also describes the administration of both polygraph and voice stress analysis "tests" at Camp X-Ray. To the best of my recollection, this is the first documentation I have found of the federal government relying on voice stress analysis.
