· Served as Tiger Team Project Lead and Senior Site Representative, Lockheed Martin (previously ACS Defense) at JTF-GTMO, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; responsible for administrative oversight and control for 51 civilian All-Source Intelligence Analysts and Interrogator/Debriefer contractor personnel working with DoD Interrogation and Analysis Elements.
· Responsible for performance of company projects at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Cuba, including interrogation activities, intelligence report preparation and intelligence analysis production.
· Responsible for subordinate employee training, performance assessments, recognition and disciplinary actions.
· Responsible for accountability of contractor personnel, coordination of shifts and work schedules, employee counseling, and interaction with military customer on behalf of individual personnel and Lockheed Martin.
· Worked and coordinated with customer (DoD), Department of Homeland Security, and other US Intelligence Services to resolve contract and "outside the contract" issues. Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss schedules, work assignments, and technical performance.
· Conducted over 100 separate interrogations of detainees at JTF-GTMO, producing reports and memoranda for use by national intelligence agencies.
· Selected to attend Computer Voice Stress Analysis (CVSA) (National Institute for Truth Verification) training; conducted over 30 CVSA examinations of detainees at JTF-GTMO and provided results to contractor and customer personnel to target and focus interrogation efforts. Developed and wrote Standard Operating Procedures for use by other CVSA-trained personnel.

Since August, 2003, we have trained nearly 100 CVSA Examiners for DoD elements, and provided more than 60 CVSA systems which are being employed by various DoD elements in the Global War On Terrorism. After being deployed into areas of conflict, the CVSA proved itself to be a combat multiplier, enhanced force protection, and was able to validate time-sensitive intelligence on the battlefield.
