dont bite all ur cheeck just pinch it with ur teeth and there perssure sensors under the chairs now u can see a wire comming form the cousion under the seat

If one practices in front of a mirror, one can learn to bite one's cheek (or tongue) without it being obvious.

There are no published studies comparing the effectiveness of tongue/cheek biting as a countermeasure with the anal sphincter contraction, however, the latter technique does seem to be effective as well.

hey, how is it that the poly examiner doesnt see you biting your cheak, that would seem alittle obvious.  does flexing your anus work the same, or as effective i should ask?
