I suggest that you read the lie behind the lie detector and that you also order HOW TO STING THE POLYGRAPH by Doug Williams on polygraph.com.  I read both of these, and found dougs manual to be more specific to how the test will go, and he will answer all of your questions that same day if you call or e-mail him. The manual is 47 bucks, but it works and it is worth it to ensure that you pass the polygraph.  I passed mine using both of these readings.

BCG,

I concur with George. It is very important that you readThe Lie Behind The Lie Detector. Having knowledge about the polygraph process gives you more control over your destiny. The polygrapher has no liability so beware

GOOD LUCK

BCG,

See Chapter 3 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector regarding the kinds of questions that are asked during pre-employment polygraph interrogations.

I have a polygraaph coming up soon for a law enforcement agency, and I was wondering "what kind of questions do they ask"? it's for a sheriff position. Any comments will help . Thanks!
