vegaspanda,

Write a letter to his supervisor or the head of the background division explaning the situation.

I doubt that having two names is a legitimate reason for a DQ.  Ask to see that (your reason for DQ) in the regs!

Don't give with out a fight!  Good luck

I was just advised by a local LE that they will take me out of the eligibillity list for a position as a PO.

In Short, my problem is that I have 2 legal names due to the fact that I was adopted in Mexico and this created a mess. My background investigator was just not willing to even allow me to proof the validity of my case and just try to bamboozle me with a bullshit excuse of "character issues" to ease his work.

How can I appeal this????   Please Help!!!!!!!
