I believe they have to let you know in advance that they will record you. Notice will either be written or verbal. Kind of like your Miranda rights.

I was wondering if anyone knew if a sheriff's office during a pre-employment polygraph can they tape you (voice or video) with out your knowledge? Don't they have to advise you that they are recording you on tape or on video? Please if anyone has any info please let me know!
