Thank you for this. Any thoughts on how to contact that person? I asked for a business card and she advised that she didn't have one. It is much harder to obtain that information now that I am outside of the organization.

To my knowledge, there is no formal appeal process for those who fail FBI polygraphs. However, you can write to the person who informed you of your failure and ask to be "re-tested." Unfortunately, however, even if a "re-test" is granted, the outcome will almost certainly be the same.

Is there any process to specifically do this? I googled around and everything seemed ancient.
