Does anyone know where to get a copy of either the Inwald Personality Inventory IPI-2 questions or Manual?

Complete materials for similar tests such as MMPI-2, MCMI-III, 16PF, were relatively easy to find, but not for the IPI-2.

Any help on this topic would be appreciated. Copies of the test items and manual must exist somewhere out there.
