Welcome to my world.  I didn't have to sign anything saying "deception indicated" but I was told that I failed the polygraph and a few days later I was formally DQ'd.  I did have a post interrogation in regards to the questions that I appeared to be "deceptive" on but due to an "insufficient reason" on my part, my examiner could not "articulate" what happened with my polygraph.  I think in that case, my answer that "I was staring at the black dot on the wall and trying to stay still" (which was the honest to god truth) probably didn't sit to well with him.

Anyways, keep at it. I definitely feel your frustration.
