I have a question regarding the SF86:

Under Section 22. Police

It asks the following question:

Have you EVER been charged with any offense(s) related to alcohol or drugs?

In 1992 while serving in the US Army I got a Article 15 for Alcohol related incident, fight with a noncommissioned officer who forcefully touched me to go back to my room.  I rejected his offer as I was drunk and decided he would have to carry me.  Well we got into a fight, I got charged with disorderly conduct I believe because of that.

Since this question refers to POLICE, does this mean civilian authorities only or even the military police as well.  This is the only alcohol related incident I have ever been involved in.

I want to be truthful, but not divuldge this information if unnecessary.

Thanks,
cman
