In 2000 I was hospitalized for depression.

In 2004 I had job offer from CIA but determined  "unsuitable," probably because of the hospitalization.

It is now late 2008, more than 7 years after hospitalization. I want to apply for contractor jobs that require secret clearance. I will have to tell about previous investigation, unsuitable, and therefore hospitalization.

I am still being treated for depression, but it is controlled with medication.

What is likelihood that I will be found unsuitable again?
