After several failures I turned to the internet searching for information and support and found this site. I think hearing about other people's experiences and learning more about the polygraph and the game the investogators play made all the difference. Once I understood that the test is really just part of an interrogation where they are trying to get under your skin and rattle you to try and get you to confess to anything and everything, I was able to remain calm and not get psyched out by them. Alot of the tactics I heard about on this forum were used on me in my 3 hour polygraph/interrogation session. But I didn't let them get to me because now I knew it was just part of the game. Knowledge and understanding were a big help. This site is a valuable resource and I am glad I found it because I am proof that you can pass a polygraph even after several failures.

Thanks for the valuable information and support, and thanks George for this site!
